1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to jaya99.ws and all subpages, services, tools, and features accessible through it.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "jaya99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operators of jaya99.ws.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to any real-money funds held in a User's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives added to a User's Account by jaya99.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which transactions on jaya99 are denominated for Bangladesh-based players.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a jaya99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts).
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on jaya99.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including a valid email address.

jaya99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion if any of the above conditions are found to be unmet, or if false or misleading information has been provided during the registration process. Account holders may be asked to submit government-issued identity documents, utility bills, or payment method verification at any time as part of jaya99's Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

jaya99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players:

• Rocket (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Upay (minimum deposit: ৳200)
• Visa and Mastercard (minimum deposit subject to card issuer limits)

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed using SSL-encrypted connections. jaya99 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the Payments section of the Platform. jaya99 reserves the right to impose enhanced verification requirements on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Funds deposited into your jaya99 Account must be used for legitimate betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Depositing funds without the intent to engage in betting activity, or depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without adequate wagering activity, may be treated as misuse of payment services and may result in account restrictions. jaya99 will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for the original deposit, except where approved in writing by jaya99 support.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

jaya99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to registered users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your account separately from real-money Balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Standard Wagering Requirements are 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games and markets as specified for each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• jaya99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these terms or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

Promotions offered in connection with BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), or other seasonal events are subject to separate promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. jaya99 makes no guarantee of the continuity of any specific promotional programme.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in any game on jaya99, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jaya99 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred on the Platform's part.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or data feed error, jaya99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the relevant Account.
• Cricket match betting, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international fixtures, is subject to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. jaya99 follows the ICC, BCB, and relevant tournament governing body rulings on match outcomes, rain rules, and abandonments.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time at jaya99's discretion, particularly during significant match events.
• All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), and crash games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

6 Responsible Gaming

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaya99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond jaya99's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform.

jaya99's total aggregate liability to any user for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

jaya99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's Account without prior notice if:

• The user has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The user is found to be under the age of 21.
• The user has engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating.
• The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jaya99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or at the direction of a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, any Balance or Bonus Funds remaining in the account may be forfeited at jaya99's discretion. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error are invited to contact the support team via live chat to initiate a review.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jaya99 operates as an offshore platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be submitted to jaya99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. jaya99 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the internal process, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with the applicable offshore regulatory framework.
